KittieFight is Mortal Kombat for Cryptokitties. In the game kittieFIGHT, ETH & KTY tokens are given out and shared among the winning group / coalition of fighting matches using special battle kittie avatars originating from the Cryptokitties platform. There is an Eth & KTY token jackpot to win in every game. All participants in the game have a 50% chance of being on the winning side. This is also an experiment in group psychology with two opposing coalition groups at odds with each other over large sums of money. KittieFIGHT: DeFi Loan Protocol

Decentralized Finance or DeFi has the potential to disrupt the current financial system. One of the leading trends in the crypto city, DeFi has locked in over $ 3 billion in August 2020 alone. Use cases in the DeFi landscape serve a variety of financial products and / or services. One of the applications that appears on DeFi is lending and borrowing.

DeFi Loans

The DeFi lending protocol facilitates inclusivity in the financial ecosystem. The traditional financial system has limited access and is linked to many intermediary organizations. This makes the approach to financial loan services complicated, expensive, and inefficient.

In contrast, DeFi allows for an inclusive lending protocol with greater access and runs on peer to peer networks that are not controlled by a central entity. The DeFi lending protocol operates on an open source blockchain network and is governed by smart contracts. In addition, users can benefit through yield agricultural innovations and liquidity mining.

In this article, we will introduce a unique DeFi protocol that combines the concept of yield farming and provides interest to lenders via a decentralized gaming application. Before we explore KittieFIGHT's yield farming program, let's get to the basics of yield farming.

What is Yield Agriculture?

In short, yield farming, allows a lender to earn interest on the cryptocurrency he lends as well as receive new digital tokens. With yield farming, a trader can place their crypto assets and get optimal returns on those assets, a concept that is not possible with traditional financial tools.

With liquidity mining, returns on agricultural produce have grown more attractive. Liquidity mining facilitates new tokens for yield growers along with regular returns. The use of tokens in certain programs increases their usefulness and hence the price of tokens. Therefore, if the price of the new token increases, traders can receive a substantial return on the initial investment.

KittieFIGHT Lending Protocol

KittieFIGHT is a unique innovation in the DeFi space. This is a decentralized gaming application that is supported by the DeFi loan protocol. The inherent structure facilitates lenders to issue Ether (ETH) collateral in an endowment fund or open source bank. Smart contracts generate returns to lenders in proportion to their initial capital.

The game application generates ETH and KTY tokens to lenders. The KTY token is the native token of the KittieFIGHT platform. When lenders deposit ETH tokens into the KittieFIGHT lending protocol, the KTY tokens are purchased automatically at Uniswap. Tokens get utility through a platform game application. The lender needs to pay transaction fees, betting fees and ticket fees with KTY tokens. The inherent utility further creates demand for the KTY token, resulting in an increase in its price valuation.

Lenders are given KTY tokens, in addition to ETH tokens, as prizes after the game. The KittieFIGHT borrowing protocol rewards users with 20–70% interest in the form of KTY tokens and ETH tokens.

KittieFIGHT Agricultural Platform

The KittieFIGHT agricultural program facilitates users to get prizes in the form of KTY tokens. The platform has launched a smart contract tap known as 'Volcano' , a crop farming program. This allows users to earn KTY tokens through staking.

The governance token in the KittieFIGHT protocol is via the SuperDAO token (DAO). The DAO token allows participation in the governance of the KittieFIGHT and agricultural programs. Apart from that, DAO tokens will also be used to stake Ether rewards across several dApps. As more and more DAO tokens are locked in the staking mechanism, it will further result in increased DAO token valuation.

The KittieFIGHT 'Volcano' faucet distributes KTY and DAO tokens to produce farmers who provide liquidity at Uniswap. The higher the liquidity provided by the lender for a longer duration of time, the bigger the KTY and DAO token rewards. 7% (or 7,000,000) of the total fixed KTY token supply and 7% (or 7,000,000) of the total SDAO token supply remains allocated for the program duration of 6 months

Bonus for early yield farmers

10% (700,000 KTY & 700,000 SDAO) of program allocation is awarded automatically to yield farmers who participated in the first 7 days of launching the volcano program, and as long as they continue through the end of the program's six month duration.

The collateral kept by each yield farmer is in the form of Ether (ETH). Producers are free to withdraw collateral at any time, however, yields or returns can only be withdrawn after the participation time exceeds one month duration. KTY and DAO results are disclosed incrementally as a fixed percentage each month for a total duration of six months.

There are two allocations and two mechanisms that affect each of them:

Eth jackpot (For each fight)
- jackpot increases with Ether bets during the game
Token reward (For each fight)
- Token rewards are increased by token stakes during the match

Both allocation and incrementation schemes contribute to the ever-expanding Jackpot known as the jackpot / honeypot

Then each allocation on the honeypot is divided between the winner of the fight, and the top two winners and other supporters on the winning side and finally the supporters / supporters of the platform such as:

35% (Eth & KittieFIGHT token) to the winner of the fight (owner of cat fight)
25% (Eth & KittieFIGHT tokens) for top bettors
10% (Eth & KittieFIGHT token) for the second runner-up bettor
20% (Eth & KittieFIGHT tokens) divided equally among all other bettors on the winning side
10% (Eth & KittieFIGHT token) to SuperDAO token holders (www.SuperDAO.io) and
5% is recycled back to the Kittiefight endowment to keep the fight jackpot pool well funded. The Kittiefight endowment is a collection of eth and / or tokens where every scheduled fight gets its jackpot / honeypot. The honeypot is a catalyst for the participation of all fighters and supporters

Summary & Competition

We will be holding a set of public testnet games on 2 NOV 2019 and 9 NOV 2019 as well as the first Ethereum Net Play Games on Nov / Dec 2019. For both testnet game dates, $ 500 will be credited to the top 10 bettors on Ether. The top 2 bettors in each testnet game will be awarded an additional $ 500 each. The actual top bettors from the First (2 Nov 2019) and second (9 NOV 2019) testnet games were selected as Black Corner and Red Corner for the first major network game competition. All Payments are on Main-net Ether and KTY Token, scheduled for our main net release November / Dec 2019.
